Use the same tags as long as you don’t edit the item or change the price, etc.
Items must be seasonally appropriate. Check out our “What Can I Sell?” Page for a complete list of seasonally appropriate items.
Items that are “Inactive” for 2+ years will automatically be removed from the system.
To sell them at an upcoming sale, you have to make them “Active”. Here’s how:
Register as a consignor.
Log in to your Consignor Homepage & choose “Work with Consigned Inventory”.
Select “Work with Inactive Inventory” & choose to “Make SELECTED Inventory Active for Upcoming Sale” for those items that (a) you still have (b) are seasonally appropriate for the upcoming sale and (c) are tagged.
Now you may enter any additional/new items you’d like to consign.
Note: all sold or donated items from the last sale have been removed from the inventory system.
Steps to transfer inventory (items)
Step 1: Register for new/upcoming sale. Returning consignors can log in using their current Consignor ID and password. Do not start entering new inventory yet!
Step 2: Log in to past/previous sale that you want to transfer inventory FROM. Choose the sale that you want to transfer inventory FROM. Select “Activities Menu” and choose “Work with Consigned Inventory”. Choose “Move Inventory Out” from the “Transfer Inventory” drop-down menu. Choose the sale you’d like to transfer inventory TO. It is recommended that you select ALL items. Note: you’ll know when transfer is complete when you receive a Transfer ID. LOG OUT of this sale – you can only be logged in to one sale at a time.
Step 3: Log in to the sale that you want to transfer inventory TO. Select “Activities Menu” and choose “Work with Consigned Inventory”. Select “Receive Inventory In” from the “Transfer Inventory” drop-down menu.
